If you like extreme sports then you should consider that there are many reasons that will motivate you even more.
They are not necessarily dangerous. As long as you really have good awareness and caution of what you are doing, you will avoid a lot of damage and risks.
Consider parkour, skateboarding, surfing or any other extreme sport. How would you enjoy it if you never practice them because you are just full of fear? It does not work like that, it is the tie to be brave and as you can imagine, it is necessary to do it so you can be braver in general terms.
When you practice an extreme sport, you are almost defying your own instincts that tell you to preserve your life, but when you see that it is not so bad to take acceptable risks, then it goes better.
Actually, people who practice extreme sports tends to be braver than other people who would barely dare to do something new just because of the many bad images and ideas that would come to their minds when they are practicing an extreme sport so don’t you think that it is time to change that attitude?
Moreover, it will be entertaining, fun, and you will get a lot healthier because of it! There are much reason why to do it and even if some other people tell you that you can have too many problems while doing it, just avoid getting too overconfident when you practice and you will be fine.
You have to, of course, measure your risks because it is true that some people have had terrible and even fatal accidents at extreme sports but this should not be your case if you first learn and go step by step without attempting crazy ideas.
