Motocross is a great sport that you can practice on solid earth for sure, but it will be better to be preventive when it comes to get a very hard jump in the middle of the air while your motorbike is the only thing you have to fall properly. Motocross is well known for being a sport that requires high concertation while going at high speeds. This may sound very exciting, but you rather be prepared for anything because you don’t want to end in one of those “funny falls” videos on YouTube.
Having a medical kit will be a great way to prepare yourself just in case you have a situation in which you can’t go back to the past, so you don’t make the mistake again. This will be very useful, so that you can treat your injuries properly, actually, most of the people that practice motocross (or maybe all of them), experience a certain number of fallings in which they could require small or larger medical attention. Remember to be prevented; this is not called “extreme sport” for nothing.
If you want to practice surf, you should take some prevention as well even if you are seemingly safe in the water. Maybe the waves could be considered as just “water walls that you can jump on”, but actually they can get really tall. In Hawaii, waves can get about 4 meters tall and probably you don’t want to get hit by them while you are trying to surf in a friendly way on this wild water wall. It would be advisable as well that you have a medical kit with you and if possible a friend who has experience with medical assistance, especially if he or she knows how to help a person that drowns when there is such a situation. Maybe another overlooked factor is sharks. Try to avoid these wild animals as much as you can, since you have almost no chance to fight them by your own. They wouldn’t normally attack humans, but if they are really hungry, they may confuse you with a seal and you don’t want to be attacked by these animals, I can assure you that.
Skydiving is an interesting alternative if you like the air a little more than water or earth. This is a very exciting sport, but a very risky one if you know what I mean. When you are in the middle of the air falling at a really high speed, you expect to be able to open the parachute, right? If this doesn’t work, you could try the extra tiny prevention parachute that sometimes you have as well. But if nothing of this happens, your best chances may be praying to God, so you don’t hit the floor that hard. Still, there is another way to solve this and it’s actually staying away from such a situation.
If you want to try skydiving, you should make 101% sure that you can open the parachute which represents your chances of living tomorrow. But this is very obvious, however, don’t let the emotion and “coolness” of the moment to drive you nuts like to throw yourself without even noticing if you have a parachute.
